All monthly payment subscriptions must be secured with a debit or credit card kept on file by our financial service payment providers. Reminder texts/emails will be sent prior to the payment date. Payments may also be made directly on this site and applied within 24-48 hours.

Refunds:

Registration fees are non-refundable. When registration fees are paid, they are immediately applied to backend student costs. Once registration fees are paid and all student information and documents have been received, the student will receive access to the platform within 3 business days. 

Subscription fees: students will have access to the platform for the entire month the subscription fee covers. This payment is non-refundable and is due between the 25th and 30th of the month prior.

Subscription fees may be paid in advance. In this case, there will be no charges to the card on file for the months paid in advance.

Monthly Subscriptions not paid on time will lose access to the platform on the 1st day of the month, until payment is made. 

Hold fees: students pay this fee when they need to take a break for any reason. Instead of paying the regular monthly subscription payment, students pay a greatly reduced fee to hold their current registration and progress. This also avoids an interruption in enrollment and payment of an additional annual registration fee upon restart of their program. If students want or need to take time away from their studies, all it takes is a quick conversation with their counselor, who will change their enrollment status and monthly rate. Refunds are provided when subscription payments have been made in advance, and only for payments beyond the current month. The current month's subscription may not be refunded. If a payment was made on behalf of a student, the refund is made to the provider of the payment, by way of the original payment method. 

Student Loans:

Our mission is to provide accessible higher education and learning opportunities while alleviating the burden of student loan debt. As a result, we do not accept payment student loan funds directly from the governments. Our pricing structure is highly competitive, often comparable to or even less than typical monthly cell phone expenses. We want you to have a future full of promise, not debt.

We will be offering payment plans for registrations fees. Please speak with your counselor for more information.

Grants:

We welcome payments from various entities including employers, houses of worship, high school sponsorships, friends or family members, and other organizations covering your school fees. Your educational journey can be supported by a range of sources, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in financing your studies.

Our programs are designed to be accessible 24 hours a day, as they are 100% online. However, because many of courses allow access to professors during their office hours, for additional support. 

Additionally, we are developing partnerships with organizations that will allow you to have additional levels of interaction with other Vertex You students.
